Reef Retreat@ Fingal Bay is a gorgeous coastal, modern townhouse and is fully equipped for your perfect next family beach getaway. The space Our goal was to create a luxury townhouse that is warm and inviting, we have a selection of books for both children and adults to enjoy as well as an assortment of family games. The fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, espresso pod coffee machine, airfryer, and family size fridge/ freezer. The dining and living area, leads out to the sun room where you can sit and relax with family and friends and enjoy a BBQ and Pizza as there is also a gas Pizza Oven/ BBQ provided at the property. and the loungeroom has a split system air conditioner, with a SMART TV with unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix. The townhouse has ducted Air-conditioning throughout the bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located upstairs with the main bedroom and second bedrooms having ceiling fans and their own separate balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through, bedroom one also has a TV. The fully renovated bathroom is also located upstairs and has a bath, shower, and separate toilet. The property has an internal laundry area downstairs which provides the second separate toilet for your convenience. We also have a lockup single garage with internal access as well as another carspace on site. Guest access Located within just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, surf club and local café and Fingal Bay Sports club around the corner makes this location perfect for a family dinner or a game of barefoot bowls. Fingal Bay Surf Club is a quick 5–10-minute stroll away where you will find crystal blue water and soft white sand, this beach is children swimming as the beach is patrolled. There is so much to do and see, take a walk across the spit to Shark Island, take out the boat, the jets ski, Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Nature lovers will love Fingal Bay as it is surrounded by the National Park with an abundance of bush walking tracks, native birds, and flora as well as koalas, echidnas, and kangaroos which you won’t have to walk far from the property to see.
