In an 18th-century mansion in the Spanish Tuscany, in the middle of the green route to the Rioja wineries, we have built a beautiful wooden attic duplex for couples, with an irresistible bohemian and chic atmosphere. 83 m2 of comfort, privacy, panoramic views of the forest and access to a private garden, where you will feel very far from the world, but you will be a stone's throw from the vineyards, the largest requejo oak grove in Europe, the Izki golf course and Vitoria, the capital of the Basque Country. The space Suite Curry occupies two floors of the youngest wing of the great-grandparents' house. It consists of 83 m2, a 150 cm bed, separate entrance and private garden. In the main, diaphanous room, there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchenette, in front of which we have arranged an artisanal wooden dining room and a relaxing little corner with a rocking chair, a small table and an eco-friendly pellet stove; a lush living room and a cosy room conceived so that you will not have to take off the head of the pillow to contemplate nature. The secondary stay, separated from the previous one by a sliding door, incorporates a full bathroom with electric towel rack, backlit mirror and rain shower. And also a zaguán. There you can leave the mountain boots and backpacks, and you will find a supply of pellets, a pantry and the beautiful old pile of water that our great-grandparents used and which we have restored. In 2025, we incorporated, on the first floor, 'Nature & Wine', a chill out with a wine shop, turntable and access to the garden that borders the property, where we grow aromatic herbs and roses, and where you will find a little corner to sit and contemplate, in the open sky, the lights of the sunset in the field. We are strategically located in the southeast of the Basque Country, biting territory of Navarra, Burgos and La Rioja. The bodegas de la Rioja Alavesa e Izki, the largest oak grove in Europe, is a 30-minute drive away; Izki Golf, an 18-hole course designed by Severiano Ballesteros, 16 minutes away; in the imposing Sierra de Cantabria or Toloño, with spectacular Nordic walking and mountain bike routes, can be reached in just 15 minutes. In addition to exceptional wine, 'swing' and dazzling panoramic views, this untamed corner of the Basque Country holds gorges, waterfalls and solitary pools, and eremitic caves that will make you travel to a remote past. The catering offer ranges from Michelin firmament kitchen to tasty takeaway food. Come in time!
