This 900 square-foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Cape Cod was remodeled in 2022 & has everything you need to stay in or go out including snacks, coffee (a Keurig & other options), & to-go cups! A block off route 113, it is central to many locations. Less than an hour from Lancaster, Sight & Sound Theater, Center City Philadelphia (Museums and historic places), 30 minutes to Longwood Gardens. Restaurants, parks & activities nearby. Shares the lot w/ a business office which is occupied on weekdays. There are a couple of stair-steps up from sidewalk outside at both the front porch and at the back patio entrance. First floor has the living room w/ Smart TV (no cable), dining room, kitchen and a bedroom w/ king-sized bed & Smart TV as well as a nearby bath w/ a couples shower w/ double rain-heads & double hand-held shower heads. Second floor is cape cod style w/ two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed & a wall mounted Smart TV. The other bedroom has two twin beds & a trundle bed underneath one of them. With the trundle in use, much of the floor space is taken up. There is also a bathroom with shower on the second floor. From the front porch to the rear patio with poly dining set and pellet cooking grill and both floors of the house between these two private entrances, are all for guest use only when booking the Hilltop Oasis. Note that one wall of the house is shared with an office which has its own separate entrance. The office is not for guest use and may be used during business hours. The basement and unattached garages are also not part of this space and are not for guest use. These separate spaces, each with their own entrances may be accessed during business hours. We are usually available by text, phone or email. Residential street. Less than a five minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Parking is easy and off the street. There are no sidewalks on our street. There is a CVS Pharmacy in easy walking distance and a park and shopping center that are in walking distance for the stout at heart.
