All the charm of the south, with a pool

Between sea and mountain, you will stay 30 km from Narbonne and Carcassonne, and 2 km from the Canal du Midi. In summer, you can rest by the pool (11x5 m) or discover the Minervois, Cathar castles, beautiful villages (Lagrasse, Minerve, Caunes...), Gruissan beach (50 min), abbeys, local markets... There's something for everyone! Please note: in July–August, the cottage is rented only by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday (for 7 nights, 14 nights...) Thank you The space You will stay in the renovated winegrower's house (75 m2) in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. One of the two bedrooms and the living room overlook the beautiful Mediterranean garden where birds and cicadas welcome you. Two terraces are available for aperitifs and meals. One of the bedrooms has a 160x200 bed and the other, a choice of a 180x190 bed or two single beds. All household linen is provided. Cleaning is optional. The cottage is independent but adjoining our guest house. The pool and garden are shared with our B&B guests, as well as a petanque court and its balls available. Guest access Free and safe parking is available in the property's courtyard. The pool and garden are shared with the guests of the guest rooms, but everyone can find their own resting place. Other things to note Attention: as of 01/01/2023, the region has introduced a TOURIST TAX. It is €2.64 per adult per night. If it's not charged by Airbnb, the tax will be payable upon arrival. If you have bikes, you can safely store them in the yard. A ping pong table is available upon request. Pétanque courts are just behind the house. Note: the pool is not heated. It will be accessible depending on the weather from May to late September approximately. Reminder: the cottage is rented only by the week in summer (7 days, 14 days...)
