Flingo Beach Destination is located in an oceanside, 24 hour gated resort and the villa is only 450 steps from the beach and huge oceanside pool, with beach bar. It is a beautiful villa with unbeatable upgrades, including granite countertops, in the full size kitchen (which includes full size refrigerator with ice maker, cooktop, microwave/convection oven combo, and a Keurig!), granite in the bathroom, too! Beautiful walk in glass and tile shower, closet and drawer space, and plush bedding! The villa is an end unit and boasts extra windows that let in so much light! It is a quiet corner, perfect for relaxing. A great little island oasis. Guests will have access to the entire villa, with all the beach amenities and bikes for exploring, too! I love having contact with my guests via messaging, texting, email, etc. I’m very responsive, helpful, and available! Hilton Head Island is a gem! It is known worldwide. Everything you could possibly need, or want, is available and within just a few minutes. The island is kept very natural with buildings nestled among trees. It is a beautiful setting! There are activities, galore. Everything is within a few minutes drive, on Hilton Head Island. If you want to go the fun way, there are bikes available, with my villa, and bike trails all over the island! **Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has round the clock security, with a 24 hour manned gate. They keep you feeling safe! ****Please also note that the Resort has started charging a Parking/Gate Fee. I will need to charge $25, for each car. I so hate to do this!!
