Large Luxury Chalet Raduil, Borovets

Welcome to the luxury Ailyak Chalet (Айляк Хижа) – a peaceful & spacious 2015 built wooden house with 2 bedrooms located on the outskirts of the village of Raduil, just 6km (15min drive) from the Borovets ski resort. You’ll love the house because of the coziness, comfortable beds, the high ceilings, the views, the wood fired hot tub, the Wi-Fi and the great location only 5 minutes walk into village center for the restaurant. It is the perfect place either for a relaxing or adventurous holiday. The space This chalet is located on a quiet private road towards the edge of the village, but it is still only a short 10 minute walk from the center of Raduil village. The large open plan living area, kitchen & dining room is spacious and overlooks the private garden with views of the surrounding fields and Rila mountains in the distance. The outdoor area is the perfect place to relax with a book or a glass of wine under the grapevine. The wood-fired hot tub makes for a truly wonderful experience. This uniquely designed 2 floor property has a spacious master bedroom on the top floor with a with a European King Size bed and a private en-suite with walk-in shower. There is also a 360 degree mezzanine floor that overlooks the living area with additional 2 extra single beds, plus a working desk space. On the ground floor there is an additional bedroom with a European King Size bed plus an additional single bed. There is bathroom with walk-in shower on the ground floor, accessible either from the bedroom, or the living area. There is a washing machine under the stairs, and hallway. The Living area has a large 6 seat sofa, which opens to standard double size sofa bed. There is a 50” UHD Samsung TV with a Cable box with all Bulgarian & UK TV channels, Chromecast, and internet TV services such as Netflix & Amazon Prime. It is also connected to a free satellite dish with can receive BBC News + other European channels. There is also an XBox One. The Living room has a large log burning fireplace that connects to the central heating system to keep all the rooms in the chalet nice & warm in the winter. This large open plan area has a big table for 8 people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, electric stove hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, & Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the property is in a good signal mobile 5G coverage. Ski and snowboard storage area is available in the garage. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have exclusive use of the entire property... house, garden and patio areas. Please make yourself at home! The drive from Sofia / Airport is an easy 1hr 15 min drive along the A1 Motorway, turning off towards Kostenets & Dolna Banya via Route 8. In front of the house there is off-street parking for 2 cars. Further parking on the roadside available for more vehicles. ✧ Before Arrival: We will make sure you have all the information you require to ensure an easy arrival. ✧ On Arrival: for key handover, our locally based property manager Lyubo will meet you onsite to welcome, orientate & familiarize guests with the property. ✧ Support: In the unlikely event you have an issue with the property, we always respond very quickly to guests messages so be assured you're in good hands. Raduil village center is less than a 10 minute walking distance, offing a restaurants, and a mini-mart for all essential groceries. Borovets is a 15 minute drive from the property, and the town of Samokov is a 25 minute drive, offering amenities such as a Lidl & Billa supermarket, Pharmacies, Restaurants etc. Other things to note Check out more details on our website: raduil .info All linen and towels are included in the nightly rate. This house has a 3pm check-in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day. Our property manager Lyubo also operates the fabulous Duvaro restaurant in the village centre, and is able to organise on request for you transfers (to Borovets/Sofia/Airport), activities (guided hikes, hores riding, fishing), local tours (monastery), experiences (vineyards, spa) – please just ask! ✧ Please note there are exterior CCTV cameras are in place for the security of the property. ✧ Hot Tub Jacuzzi usage is subject to an extra charge of 150 bgn (up to / per 4 days) to prepare: cleaned for you arrival & re-filled with fresh mountain water & a new filter. The cost covers wood logs needed to heat the furnace. NOTE: A damage deposit of 275лв (€140/£120) will be required before arrival, and your agreement to the rules of usage.
