No parties are allowed, gatherings during the day can be arranged. The space Two bedrooms with a king and queen bed, as well as a studio with a double bed and a double sleeping couch provide plently of opportunities to catch a good nights sleep. The spacous kitchen and lounge compliment multiple sitting areas and balconies with a stunning 180° seaview. Guest access Guests may enjoy access to the whole property. Other things to note We have had problems with guests in the past hosting parties and disturbing neighbors at night. This is strictly forbidden. Furthermore, please be advised that load shedding may, even though rarely, occur. The house has a power backup for the alarm and the stove is gas powered.
