The villa is just 5mins from popular clubs like Goya, Vamos, Hill Top, Raeeth, Soro etc. and 10mins from the best restaurants like Thalassa, Baba Au Ruhm, Burger Factory etc. A 5min drive to Anjuna Beach. 20min drive up North to Morjim & Mandrem. 20min drive down South to Calangute & Baga. The space Please note - The Villa is about 120meters from the gate and there are 5-6 small stairs to get to it. Hardly a 1-2min walk but this is to just give anyone with knee issues a heads up. Located in a gated community in Vagator, this 3 bedroom house features well done up rooms and bathrooms with an artistic vibe. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the views from the patio which streams natural sunlight to light up the dining and living areas. The 3rd bedroom is a very nice, cozy, low ceiling attic room with a King size Floor Mattress and an AC as well. There is a common bathroom too taking the total to 3 full bathrooms for the villa. All the bathrooms have a shower unit and geyser. There is a massive living room with 20 feet ceilings which opens up into the dining area and an open kitchen. This is the best part about the house where the entire group can come together! My caretaker, Vinod is always available on the premises to help with anything you might need. Two-Wheeler parking is available within the gated premises and Four-Wheeler parking is available in a dedicated area, outside the premises and about a 2min walk on street level. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery. You'll have a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. A UPS is also available in case of power outages although the power is rarely out for more than 20mins. Please Note : Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking. In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only once in 3 days. Please note: The caretaker does not provide luggage carrying services. Kindly make arrangements for this on your own.
