The Old Exchange

The Old Exchange is the perfect couples retreat it offers luxury accommodation on the edge the Brecon Beacons. With good access to local attractions, Dan Yr Ogof, Zip world, Crag Y Nos, Hendryd Waterfall, stunning beaches and the Brecon Beacon National Park. There is a selection of quaint country pubs within walking distance and several supermarkets just a short drive away. The Old Exchange has everything you require for a comfortable, relaxing stay in a sleepy village setting. The space The old exchange is a newly renovated barn style property with original rustic features such as beams and old reclaimed wooden floors throughout. It has been lovingly restored by the owners and has some unique quirky features such as the 3 inch oak worktops and the hammock swing seat in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed with two dressing tables either side, a large farm style wardrobe with plenty of hanging space! You will find your iron, ironing board and hairdryer inside. There are x2 towels for each person per stay. There is a quirky separate kitchen living space with microwave/oven, table top hob, air fryer (4L) toaster, fridge and a beautiful Belfast sink! The living space has a tv with access to all Chanel’s including Netflix. It has a cosy corner sofa with plenty of room to sit and relax. There is also a small table with x4 chairs situated in front of the French doors. A favourite place to sit with your morning coffee looking out at the stunning scenery and beautiful outdoor area. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower and a beautiful old standing sink unit. Guest access Access to the entire space including the beautiful area to the front which has been newly refurbished using Cotswold stone ❤️it is a real sun trap! Other things to note This is a perfect place for walking, biking, eating, relaxing, paddle boarding, cold water swimming, gorge walking. There is so much on offer! We also have local art available to buy and is displayed all around the Airbnb.
