The space Our spacious, 3br/1.5ba two-story historic home is on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Boulevard Park neighborhood. It’s conveniently located on the Youngstown/Boardman border, just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping! All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor (so stairs are a must, they are a bit narrow if that’s a concern for older guests). Two huge bedrooms have King-size beds, and the third has a Double bed. The full bath with tub/shower combo is also on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a TV. The newly renovated kitchen has an adorable breakfast nook, and the formal dining room is perfect for a group or family meal. The large living room features a 55” Roku TV to cozy up for a movie night with your app of choice. The home is complete with a playroom adjacent to the living room with several toys, books, train table, and a Nugget play couch. A basic stroller and Pack n’ Play are also available for guest use (crib sheet not provided). You are also welcome to use the Nugget from the playroom as a cot for younger kids! You’ll also have full access to the washer and dryer and small home gym (free weights & bench) in the basement. Everything you need to feel right at home! There is one yard stake for dogs outside, please note: yard is not fenced. Sidewalks also line the street if you’d prefer walking your dog! No cats permitted. Newly refinished wood floors on the first floor, brand new Central Air AC, and updated electrical panel installed 2022. ❄️ Please keep in mind our home is nearly 100 years old. Despite some recent renovations, it isn’t up to standards of perfection: there are signs of age! Nevertheless, we hope you find it to be comfy, cozy, and well-appointed! Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2-story home, including basement with laundry space! There is a long driveway with ample parking, and extra on-street parking as well. Detached garage is off-limits, as we use it for personal storage. Thanks! Other things to note Please note this is our personal home with long-term neighbors (whose peace and quiet we want to respect). •Parties and/or loud gatherings will not be tolerated. $300 smoking fine. •Dogs permitted with pet fee $$. Please ensure nails are trimmed, floors are newly refinished.
