Modern guest house of 90 m2 for up to 8 people

We rent out part of our house as a guest house. The house is located in a nice and quiet residential area with about a 5-minute walk to Västervik Resort, which is Sweden's largest campsite with nice beaches and nature. The house is about 3 km from the city center. Pets are not allowed and smoking indoors is prohibited. The space The guest house has a separate entrance. The first floor consists of an open-plan living room and kitchen as well as a toilet at the entrance. The lower floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a dressing room. The house is fully furnished, each bedroom has 2 beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can be a sleeping place for two people. The kitchen has everything a self-catering kitchen should have such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, cutlery etc. In the bathroom there is a combined dryer/washing machine. Guest access The rent includes towels and bed linens. You have the option to sit outside and have access to barbecue equipment and a trampoline. Cleaning fee in the booking applies to bed linens and preparation. If you wish to have cleaning done at check-out, you must notify the landlord no later than the day before check-out. The fee for such cleaning is SEK 1,500. Take care of our house and leave it in the condition you wish to find it when you arrive.
