The space Ground floor: Entering this beautiful and spacious townhouse you will find a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, laundry space, a spacious living room with TV and a separate dining area with a big table. Opening the sliding doors will give you access to the big terrace and private garden (including a BBQ), overlooking the green hills with a beautiful sea view. This outdoor space will allow you to enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner by candlelight in the evening. Or enjoy a day of sun on our lounge set. The fully fitted kitchen - equipped with a stove, oven, American double fridge, microwave, dishwasher - will give you the luxury you are used to in your own home. Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought in the local supermarket nearby, for yourself and your fellow travellers. A small patio connected to the kitchen will give you access to a separate laundry space. The first floor consists of three bright and spacious bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double luxury bed , tv and and built-in wardrobes (including a safe) and an ensuite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, toilet, and two sinks for a true hotel feeling. The balcony can be used to read a good book or to enjoy the evening sun with your glass of Vinho Verde or Port wine. There is also a separate workspace created with magnificent views so you can work in peace. The second bedroom also has a double luxury bed and built-in wardrobes and the third bedroom has two single beds, a workspace and a private balcony on the front where you can enjoy the morning sun. The second separate bathroom has a bath with shower, a toilet, bidet and sink. In the hallway you can find stairs taking you up to the private roof top terrace where you can lounge and chill out with stunning 360 degree views over the green hills and beautiful sea. This townhouse, powered with solar energy directly from the roof and a great Wi-Fi connection throughout the whole house, will give you the holiday you want and need, without missing all the luxury of your own home. All of this in only a 40 minute drive from Faro airport, a 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches, the Marina and the old town of Albufeira and less than a 10 minute drive to Salgados golf course. A 10 minute walk down the hill, will bring you to a supermarket, with a bakery, cafe and ATM. If you do not want to hire a car, you can download the Uber app. You will never wait longer than 10 minutes and the cost to the beaches and Marina and old town is under 5 euros. Guest access This 3 bedroom townhouse is completely yours. With a private garden and rooftop terrace. Within the gated condominium you will find a pool area with kids pool and a small playground. Other things to note No groups of young people allowed No party of events without explicit consent of the owner or property manager Smoking is only allowed on the terrace No pets allowed At the pool area there are rules which have to be followed up at any time. The pool area and playground are fended, but not guarded. Quite hours are from 22.00 till 9.00. In high season BBQ is not allowed for fire and safety reasons. At check out the BBQ must be cleaned properly. When not we will charge you a fee of €50.00 The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31 of € 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights.
