Private annexe with own entrance. Includes bedroom, bathroom with separate shower, lounge & kitchenette where you can cook simple meals. Basic breakfast provided. Wi-Fi & full sky tv. A village location with a local pub serving food (open Weds to Sunday) A beautiful part of Nottinghamshire with lots to explore, including Rufford Abbey, Clumber Park & Sherwood Forest/Pines. There are several wedding venues in the area. Ollerton is a couple of miles away with a selection of shops & takeaways. The space Private Accommodation Central Heating throughout Lounge & bedroom have a vaulted beamed ceiling, adding character 3 piece Bathroom suite (no bath) Kitchenette with kettle , toaster, microwave and under the counter fridge. There is no cooker. Basic breakfast is provided, along with tea and coffee 2 small tables for eating or working, along with an extendable dining table. Internet TV provides access to Netflix, Disney & prime (please log into your personal account) Two comfy easy chairs New double bed and mattress If you would like to stay with us but the calendar is showing as unavailable please contact me for confirmation We are more than happy to accommodate babies, although you will need to bring equipment, including a travel cot. We are happy to meet you on arrival should you prefer this There is a connecting door to the main house in your lounge, which is locked and curtained for privacy Accommodation is on the ground floor You will have your own private Lounge, Kitchenette, Bathroom , Hall way and Bedroom There's a garden table and chairs outside the annexe Other things to note Check in after 2pm and Check out by 11am We will provide tea, coffee ,sugar, milk, bread, jams, butter & cereals (please let us know if you have any dietary requirements) No pets Smoking fine in the garden We live on the premises and are available should you have any queries or just want a chat. However, we understand that some people want to be left alone to enjoy their time away. We have a good selection of dvds . There is no sink or cooker in the kitchenette. There's a collapsible bowl in the bathroom for washing up. This would suit couples, solo adventurers & business travellers.
