It is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout, central AC and heat, ample closet space. This is a stylish 3BR home that evokes all the comforts of home while making vacationing oh so simple. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, good cooking knives, microwave, coffee pot, and all the cookware and serving items you would need to whip up whatever you are wanting to make. There are two amazing patios – one with a barbecue and the other that is nicely shaded with anarondack chairs and a fire pit so you can enjoy all of the seasons. The living room has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating and views of the lush green leaves of the gorgeous old trees that surround the house. For those who have to get some work done while visiting Charlottesville, we have high speed internet and plenty of comfortable areas where you can set up your work space. The house has 2 full baths, both with shower/tub combinations – one upstairs and one downstairs. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, & soap. There is also a hair dryer available for use. The main bedroom has a new King size memory foam mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a recently updated adjoining bathroom and a new queen size memory foam mattress. The 3rd bedroom has twin bed with a trundle that converts to a queen size bed.
