This modern, well appointed apartment in Albert Town, Wānaka, is alongside the Clutha River and 3.5 km (5 minute drive) from the Wānaka township. The apartment is adjacent to a selection of walking and biking tracks accommodating all levels of fitness. The apartment itself offers a safe environment within a complex that includes a tavern, a patisserie, a general store and a public laundry. Your hosts, Marty and Jane, live close by and can provide local advice and support if necessary. The space The apartment has a comfortable living space and a well equipped kitchen suitable for food preparation. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom and toilet. The apartment has heatpumps/aircons upstairs and downstairs as well as wall mounted convection heaters so the rooms are cosy in winter and cool in the summer. A coffee grinder with beans, tea, milk and fruit juice are provided. The nearby patisserie is a great place to start your day. Guests are welcome to use the basic ingredients left for food preparation and breakfast. Guest access The entire apartment is yours for your stay.
