The kitchen comes well-stocked with amenities like a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, various cooking oils, an assortment of spices, pots and pans, toaster, blender and a crock pot. WiFi is included, and you'll have a 65" smart TV in the living room and a 55" smart TV in the bedroom. Note that YouTube TV is already set up for your convenience. Please be aware that quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. The apartment is situated on the ground floor (no stairs) and is accessed from the West side of the building. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor (no stairs) and accessible via keypad access from the exterior. Other things to note Items provided for guests at no charge: keurig coffee pods, sugar, creamer singles, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trashbags, cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Guests must log in and use their own accounts on streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. to stream shows. Make sure to log out when you check out! YouTubeTV is now provided and the TV's should be logged in when you check in. Pets are not allowed on the property. A charge of $300 will apply if this rule is not adhered to by guests. SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR APARTMENT COMPLEX. If smoking is detected, a $300 fine will be applied to the reservation. No inside or outside patio grilling is allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please note the pull out black couch in the living room no longer functions (not intended to be used as a sleeper sofa anymore). Please use the tan couch that folds down into a small futon type bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Please no parties or noise after 10 pm to respect the other tenants. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
