The space The exclusive, fully furnished 46 sqm studio suite is located on the third floor, in the main house of the Osteiner Hof. With its exclusive furnishings and views of the Kupferberg terraces, it is a special residential unit. Please note that you are booking a category and may not be the exact same apartment as shown in the photos. However, it is of course also located in the Osteiner Hof and also impresses with the same features :) FACILITIES: Our apartments are equipped with exclusive, modern and high-quality interiors and offer plenty of space and comfort for a vacation together. - Spacious living/sleeping room with high-quality furniture, modern amenities, sofa and dining table, flat-screen TV - Fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle - High-quality cookware, kitchen utensils and dishes from soup plates to egg cups to coffee service - Dishwashing detergent and dish towels - Wardrobe with sufficient hangers - Modern bathroom with walk-in shower - Hair dryer, illuminated cosmetic mirror, natural care products, fluffy towels - Wi-Fi throughout the apartment - Iron - Work Desk - Seating area - Tile/marble floor in bathroom - View - Wood or parquet floors in the living room The actual construction and design of the rooms and apartments may differ from the floor plans shown. Note that the specified number of beds corresponds to a maximum occupancy. With a basic occupancy of 2 people, only the double bed is automatically made. We are happy to prepare another bed for 2 people or more, but we need to know this in advance so that our team can prepare it. The additional cost of the extra bed is €30.
