No additional small appliances without prior approval. No pets. 6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bedbugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You, as a guest, must ensure that your belongings are not infected. 7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. Due to the unit size, building structure, bathroom design, type of furniture, and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 300 lbs.
