Loved just relaxing and looking out at the lake. Sound system throughout the house was nice touch. Spend the day on the lake, take a nice nap on the out door swinging bed and end your day with the Outdoor fire place. Plenty of room for a large family or group to dine and lots of cooking stuff. Great place! - Dawn ☀ This house was a dream. We were a group of three families, with 6 adults and 7 children—the house had plenty of room for everyone. The kids and adults all loved swimming in the lake and jumping off the boathouse roof deck. Everyone commented that this house has the best deck we have ever seen, including an outdoor living room with a fireplace. We hope to return again sometime. - Kristin ☀ The Liddle Lake House is such a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Gaston. The spacious home is situated right on the lake with gorgeous views from the porch and dock. The communication with Bob was easy and very informative. This stay is definitely a place we'll have to visit again and again. Sitting on the porch bed swing is a must for sunset or sunrise. - Courtney Great deck area, dock with upper level. The house was built originally as an A Frame in 1976. It has been added on to multiple times. It is a fun mix of the old and the new. The first floor flooring is sub flooring, to look like wood flooring. We take every effort to have house sanitized and safe for all guests. Guest access There is a pantry, bedroom, basement and closet that are owners areas. Pantry is next to kitchen. (there is a rental pantry available) Bedroom is upstairs, and closet is off downstairs master bedroom. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT! We have garbage pick up Sunday night (1 can) We just ask you kindly bag all garbage and take trash with you on your departure. There is a FREE dump site near by if need be. A $150 fine is taken from your security deposit when leaving trash. We so appreciate your attention to this very important policy We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days. Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental.
