The charming house is a lovely and unique place, surrounded by nature, surrounded by forests and the river with its beautiful waterfalls that runs along the garden equipped for every use, relaxation and barbecue. The house overlooks the breathtaking spectacle of Mount Civetta, which at sunset is painted pink, giving a unique emotion. A few kilometers from the Marmolada and the slopes that connect the vast area of the Dolomites and Cortina d'Ampezzo and on foot you can reach Lake Alleghe. The space The house is distributed in a living area with a kitchen and living room overlooking a balcony and from the 3 large windows from which you can admire beautiful sunsets on Mount Civetta, which becomes the classic pink color typical of the beautiful Dolomites. The new classic-style kitchen is fully equipped, a comfortable table accommodates up to 8 people. In the living room, a new eco-leather sofa bed in front of the window allows you to contemplate, converse or watch the new TV with digital channels, taking advantage of fast WIFI. Next is a bathroom with a large and comfortable glass shower. A hallway equipped with information about the area, a coat rack and a shoe rack, invites you to the bedroom furnished in a classic mountain style with a double bed to which the mattress has recently been changed and the topper added for an even more comfortable sleep, together with a large wardrobe and bedside tables as well as a window overlooking the woods. The property is completed by a large garden equipped with a wooden table and benches, BBQ, hammocks, sunbeds and chairs to offer moments of relaxation and pleasure in front of the enchanting view of the Civetta accompanied by the movement of the waters of the Cordevole river that runs along the garden and that will make the stay truly unforgettable. In the area adjacent to the beginning of the forest, it is possible to park the car and therefore have a nearby and convenient place to have the car. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal in total autonomy and the garden that can be shared with the other guests of the FIUME house, which is located next to that of the BOSCO. Inside the house, there is a manual that indicates the rules and the calendar for garbage, the operations of the various appliances, and other useful information. Parking is provided at the end of the road where the woods begin in the pitch. Other things to note The house has been recently renovated. I love and live with animals, but I expect that animals are allowed only if they are small and if they are trained to respect the house and the furniture contained therein.
