Glens Falls house near Lake George & Saratoga

Use our cozy 3 bedroom home away from home to enjoy everything in the Lake George area. We are 5 minutes to downtown Glens Falls restaurants, 10 minutes to West Mountain, 15 minutes to Lake George, and 20 minutes to Saratoga. Feel at home during any season visiting family or friends, as a home base for work, vacation, skiing, or to just get away to enjoy living and a small town feel. Relax with a coffee on one of the porches, a bbq, or a peaceful walk around the neighborhood or downtown. The space High speed Wifi internet throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove and oven, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cooking utensils and silverware. A starter set of dishwasher pods are provided. Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, and eat in kitchen with 2 chairs and a bench. A starter of coffee k-cups (regular and decaf) are provided, hot chocolate k-cups, creamer packs, sugar, splenda, and a variety of tea are provided. You can bring your favorite coffee grounds if you prefer to use the drip coffee maker. The dining room is directly off of the kitchen and seats 6. The bathroom is downstairs and full renovated with tub/shower combination and washer and dryer. A starter set of toiletries and washing machine pods are provided as well as bath and make up towels. The living room has sectional, ceiling fan, Roku television, and a variety of board games and table top shuffleboard and curling. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed with television. A second bedroom has two twin beds and television and the third bedroom has a full sized bed and television. All bedrooms have multi-plug and USB outlets as well as ample storage with closets and dressers. All bed linens and pillows are provided. Barbecue grill/grilling utensils/outdoor dining available spring and summer seasons. We have a pac n' play crib on site that can be set up as well as a retractable baby gate at the bottom and top of stairs. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces except the basement and bathroom closet that are used for storage. Other things to note Enter through the front door using a 4 digit code you will be provided before check-in. All three bedrooms have their own newer window AC units and a separate unit for downstairs.
