Our bright, luxurious and quiet apartment is located just 100 meters from the Plaza Mayor, in the heart of the old town, a stone's throw from Sol or La Latina stations. With bedroom, bathroom and other amenities: WIFI, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen and a touch of elegant and unmistakable design. With supermarkets, popular stores, theaters, cinema, etc., we are located in the tourist center of Madrid. The space The apartment has a living room + loft kitchen with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has two balconies overlooking the emblematic Colegiata de San Isidro. The apartment has its own private entrance to the street which gives it more privacy and exclusivity. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor, which is one level above street level. There is no elevator available, but there is only a short flight of stairs with just over twenty steps to navigate.
