FOR RESERVATIONS OF 1 MONTH & MORE: You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed 2,000 PHP per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.
