We have other apartments with ocean views at the same location, so if your dates are not available, ask! My rooms, however, are as modern, clean, and comfortable as you would like and more inside this landmark structure. It is a gated community with 24/7 security and video monitoring. Just across the road from Doctor's Cave Beach (entrance fee per day: US$8 for adults and $4 for children, not included in room price) and short walk away from free beaches, shops, Margaritaville, Moods, other nightclubs, and restaurants on the Hip Strip. The condo is located on the 7th floor. We do not provide extra bin liners/trash bags, tissues/toilet paper, or toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) after check-in if you run out during your stay. It is easy to get more at grocery stores and supermarkets nearby. The property is located on a busy street. Passing vehicles and music from nearby nightclubs can be loud at times. A: For sanitary reasons, since we are located on a humid tropical island, we do not provide any food or condiments. Q: Are you located on Top Road (Queens Dr) or Bottom Road (Hip Strip aka Jimmy Cliff Boulevard)? A: Both! The property is located between Top Road and Bottom Road and has 2 entrances: one from Top Rd via El Greco entrance, suitable for cars, and the second one from Bottom Road right across from Doctors Cave beach via the main building entrance (walking only, stairs!) Q: How far are you from ......? A: Please put El Greco as your arrival/departure point to see distance/time. Q: Is it safe to drink tap water in Jamaica? A: Yes, it is totally safe. Jamaica is famous for the quality of its tap water. Q: Internet speed? A: We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, which allows you to stream 4K videos and join video calls on multiple devices. However, internet disruptions/outages are not rare in Jamaica. Unfortunately, we don't have a backup if that occurs, and we can not guarantee the quality of the service.
