The canal is a popular destination for sun bathing, swimming, picnic and boat watching. The 92 sqm apartment was fully renovated in 2020, designed by Brazilian architects in Japandi style. Moving along, is a large bathroom with bathtub and double douche with both a rain-shower and handheld shower-head and normal toilet [unlike tinny Dutch toilet room]. The nearest public transport is 3 minutes by foot and connects you to anywhere in the city (Central station 12 min & Airport 15 min) Within walking distance you can find the Rembrandtpark (10 min), Vondelpark (20 min) or the Foodhallen (14 min). With bike it's possible to reach the Jordaan (8 mins), the Dam square (10 mins) or Central station (14 min).
