A sweet space for your forest retreat. Take a breather in this quiet, cutely petite, built in 2022, one-bed apt. (attached to my house). This is for people who appreciate quality, like accessible outdoors (trails nearby), and still want close to town. 'Quality' includes a well stocked kitchen; high end knifes, platter ware, Thuma bed/mattress, bamboo sheets, down comforter, organic fleece cotton blankets. The space This well designed, petite, one bedroom is ideal for one person (or for two who like cozy). It has hardwood floors, stone countertops, and all the amenities you may want (e.g., dishwasher, washer and dryer, WIFI, TV-Roku, patio, grill, green outdoor space). The eating area is countertop for two and can act as a work space as well, with plugs ins near by. This apartment is on the ground floor, there is a second floor above the apartment. I am quiet, but you may hear an occasional noise from above. This is in a forested, residential neighborhood. There is a sidewalk and road seen from the patio, but it is low trafficked. Guest access You will have your own entrance, and back yard/patio area. The driveway is steep and there is a walk to the back of the house. Other things to note Coffee, tea, and organic condiments/spices/oils provided. Half & half offered (or if you let me know preference, other milks provided - milk, oat, soy, coconut etc.). Cleaning products are 99% green. If you are chemically sensitive this may be a good option for you. Spencer's Butte, a popular hike that overlooks the city of Eugene and surrounding areas is about a 5 minute drive from here.
