Relax and stay with the whole family or love one at this peaceful and cozy place to stay. The space Located at SMDC Shore 2 Residences, Seaside Blvd, Pasay, Metro Manila. This is a 24sqm 1-Bedroom Condo Unit with a queen-sized bed, split-type aircon, towels, a closet with hangers, with an under-construction view of the pool through the balcony. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is located at 12th floor although some of the units in the 12 floor are still for turn over, however some units are already occupied. You may check the pictures for reference. The condo unit has 1 bathroom and has a hot & cold shower with a shower glass door, toilet, sink, and mirror. The living area has a double-sized sofa bed good for 1-2, Smart TV with YouTube, and Netflix access has a fast and stable WIFI connection, and complete basic kitchenware where guests can cook, a refrigerator, microwave, an induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and a rice cooker. Laundry room with fully automatic washing machine and toilet bath. Valid government ID copy; Passport for foreigners 2. Must submit the requirements a day before check-in to be accommodated. 3. Vaccination Card (optional) No need to provide med cert or any proof of negative covid test result. Strictly 3-4-person maximum occupancy only. Check in : 2:00 PM. Check out: 11:00AM. NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING The Condominium Office strictly implements NO SMOKING. A PENALTY OF 1,000 PESOS FOR EVERY VIOLATION. Smoke sensors are sensitive. POOL ACCESS 1. Guests can access the pool for a fee of P150/swimmer/day. (P300 on holidays). Max of 4 persons per room only. 2. Pool opens at 6 AM and closes at 10 PM. 3. Payment to Admin office. My staff can assist you on that. Other things to note: 1. Complete name of stay-in guests, and copy of id of each person. The accomplished travel history and health declaration form is not required unless otherwise requested by the Building Admin. 2. Please comply with the needed requirements and submit at least 2 days before arrival (host prefers to receive this at the time of booking) to provide sufficient time for submission of Authorization Letter to Shore Building Management Admin office. The host cannot be held responsible for any delays in guests gaining access to the unit as a result of late/non-provision of this information. Therefore same day/last-minute reservations are not allowed for the security and safety of all unit owners and tenants. 3. Guests may use the swimming pool for an additional fee, to be paid directly to the Admin office. The cost is Php150 per person per regular day/weekend day and Php300 per person on holidays. This should be arranged one day in advance to prevent any delays due to bureaucracy. A pool permit will require to be presented to Pool Attendant before admission to the pool is granted. The pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm. Admin Office is open 9 am - 5 pm. 4. NOT REQUIRED UNLESS requested by the Building Admin - All guests must provide a completed Health and Travel History Declaration Form (template will be provided on confirmed reservation). Guests who have traveled from overseas within the past 14 days will additionally require to provide a copy of negative Covid Test certificates. This information is required to be received by the host for onward submission to Shore Management no later than 4 pm on the day before arrival. Failure to provide this info in a timely manner and any subsequent delays in gaining entry to Ellas Pad shall be the guest's responsibility. 5. Security within the Shore complex is increased and you may be asked to present your ID on entering the complex, to be checked against the list of approved guests.
