MY place is a quiet suburb location, central for exploring Noosa & heading out to the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands. Away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa Heads yet very easy access by car to everything, the beautiful Noosa River for stunning sunsets, dining, kayaking, jet skiing, boat hire. Catch the iconic Noosa Ferry to Noosa Heads & Hastings Street with beach front cafes, fine dining, designer shops & Noosa National Park. Stop off at the Noosa Yacht Club or Boathouse for drinks on your way. The space We're in the Bushland Estate of Noosaville - away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa Heads. Plenty of curbside street parking is available. Guest space is: - Private Master Bedroom with a pillow top king-sized bed All linen supplied including towels, pool towels Ceiling fan, pedestal fan, heater and extra blankets Cupboard space for storage, clothes hangers, iron & ironing board. - Private ensuite bathroom - with quality soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied - Kitchenette private guest use only, a relaxing and quiet private sitting/reading area and workspace with chair and desk. It is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and complimentary tea, coffee, milk, condiments and spreads. A porta-cot or single bed mattress can be setup in the master bedroom in the sitting room if needed for a third guest /child (please notify upon booking as this is only arranged upon request). There is an IGA Supermarket, cafe, chemist, butcher, bakery, liquor & takeaway coffee, pizza, fish & chips at Noosa Outlook shops which is a short 12 min walk or 2 min drive away. Noosa River on Gympie Terrace is quieter than the tourist hub of Hastings St for truly stunning sunsets, dining and boating. A 5 minute drive to Noosa Civic Shopping Centre which is the biggest local Shopping Centre serving Noosa and surrounding areas, where you'll find everything you need, supermarket, butcher, chemist, shoe repairs, homewares and over 100 specialty stores. Guest access My house is laid out in three areas: 1. guests have private use of the master guest bedroom, ensuite bathroom attached and the small kitchenette 2. shared areas that are accessed and used by my family and by guests, if they wish to, is the loungeroom, kitchen, dining area, outside patio and pool area 3. My family's living area and bedrooms - guest are not permitted to use this area (except for use laundry, if necessary, with my prior permission) Guests have full private use of the king-sized master bedroom, private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. This is for guest use only and I can only accommodate one reservation at a time for a maximum of 3 people. Option to add a third person - as well as the king-sized bed, I have available a single bed mattress to set up in the master bedroom or a portacot to accommodate a third adult guest, child or infant. Guests are welcome to use the loungeroom where there is a large flat screen TV with netflix and comfortable recliner couches. The living, dining area & large fully equipped kitchen are shared areas also available for guest use desired. Our resort style pool & poolside lounge chairs, pool towels supplied in the guest room, are accessible via the back door onto the back patio and through the pool gate. There is an outdoor setting to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine on the back patio. There is a bbq and firepit available too if you wish to use it (with prior permission). Washing machine and clothesline available upon request - one load of washing per day limit and must be done during sunlight hours as we are solar powered. During your stay I am happy to interact with my guests if I'm home. If you need anything or want to use to shared spaces, please make yourself at home!!! If you prefer some privacy, everything you need to relax, make a cuppa and some simple meals is in the private kitchenette. My family has access via the side entrance in order for you to have privacy in front of the house. I work from home at the back of the house but if I'm not around, I'm only a message away through the Airbnb app. Mostly we'll leave you to enjoy your own space, feel free to come and go as you like through the main front entrance that you will have a key to access the front door and the guest room. My little dog Rocket likes to greet everyone with his friendly over- enthusiasm. Please feel no obligation to engage with him at the same level! He is tiny & totally harmless but can be a big attention seeker and he sometimes mistakenly thinks of himself as a tough guard dog too! Other things to note My little family live in the bedrooms at the back of the house and use a separate side entrance. There is a divider between the shared areas and our private area and bedrooms. Please respect our privacy - we operate on an easy going trust and respect system so please do not wonder around our private bedrooms at the rear of the house. We are all fairly quiet but as this is a family home, we use the shared living areas, kitchen in the mornings and evenings for meal preparation, usual comings and goings, nothing boisterous, just living etc. The laundry/washing machine is available for use and if you need to access this, please let me know. There are two pets that live here (pictured) - Ash the Cat and Rocket the Dog. Ash is a very timid rescue cat and you probably won't see much of him. Rocket is an overly friendly Jug puppy (Jack Russel x Pug) and will want to have as much attention as he can get!
