Situated in the heart of Jacksonville, 5mins away from St. Johns Town Center, Tinseltown, and a number of restaurants. 10mins away from Jacksonville Beach, Downtown, and the Mayo Clinic. Great for young professionals looking for temporary long-term housing! The space Private room equipped with a very comfortable plush full-sized bed, perfect for up to two people, mini-fridge, workspace and a 32 inch smart TV pre-programmed to include YoutubeTV and Netflix. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen complete with Keurig and a variety of complimentary coffees, dining area, family room, and a beautiful patio that looks out into a private preserve. Common areas are shared with other guests. This room has access to a shared bathroom, used by one other guest. Guest access The living room and kitchen are common areas to be shared among all guests. Other things to note Parking - Free public parking in parking lot in front of condo. Numbered parking for residents only. Ok for guests to use any of the unnumbered spaces. Quiet time - Please be respectful of the neighbors, especially after 10PM, and keep outside noise to a minimum. Pool access - I no longer list the pool/gym as an amenity due to changes to HOA rules. Though there is a pool in the community, the new HOA rule requires that resident/host accompany and stay with guests at all times when accessing the amenity center, which is obviously not practical.
