Cabin in the Cove

Come explore our sweet little town. Burnsville has it all! Shopping, great restaurants, coffee shops, antiquing, etc. Looking for a romantic getaway? Escape to the peace and tranquility of the mountains. Feel the breeze on your face while lying in the hammock and listening to the birds chirp. Relax in a rocker on the screened in porch that overlooks the pond while watching deer graze the field. Breathe in the crisp Western North Carolina air and feel your troubles slip away. The space Our cabin is simply cozy. Guests can snuggle up with a blanket, cup of coffee, and a good book on the screened in porch where there is complete privacy and peace. The outdoor cooking areas are great for BBQing and the fire pit is a great place to roast marshmallows for smores. We have two horses and two donkeys who live in the property's pasture. They are friendly and are always interested in our guests. Be sure to say hello to Javy, Little Girl, Bonnie, and Georgia! Hike the property or get out the corn hole boards for a great game. There is always plenty to do! Guest access The property includes 87 acres so you will feel secluded while being only a short distance from everything. There is plenty of land to explore! Other things to note There are two ponds on the property. We stock fish in the pond, that we feed. Therefore, we do not allow fishing of any kind. If you walk closer to the pond, the fish will more than likely swim to the top to see you.
