Generous apartment with beautiful terrace near to Munich city center, underground station Josephsplatz and bus Görresstrasse (3 metro stations to the central station and 4 to Sendlinger Tor, direct bus to Odeonsplaz, on foot 10-15 minutes to Olympia Park, 20 minutes to Königsplatz and to the most important art galleries, 40 minutes to Marienplatz). Supermarkets, drugstores and another shops close to the flat, several playgrounds and nices restaurants. The space This is our home, we offer it when we don't need it ourselves. We offer 2 double bedrooms -one with a 180x200cm bed and one with two 90x200cm beds-, living room with double sofa bed, terrace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. You will live with our stuff, but we will make some place for yours, that's why the two futher rooms are locked. Sheets and towels available. Wardrobe in both bedrooms. Baby cot, high chair or cleaning service during the stay: please ask, we'll try to make it possible. Guest access You are allowed to use the backyard as long as you repect the neighbours. Other things to note It is essential to respect the hours of tranquility and the daily life of the neighbors, in no case are gatherings allowed for festive purposes, such as bachelor parties or of any other nature. We try to adapt to your needs regarding arriving and leaving time, olease keepus informed. The cleaning service includes the genera cleaning with exception of the kitchen (kitchen floor included) in a state of dirt equivalent to normal use. The dishwasher can be left full and on. The WiFi connection usually works well and we frequently work at home, but, especially in rooms farthest from the router, we cannot guarantee it. We ask and appreciate that you water our plants or let our neighbors do it.
