Mingle at the well-equipped Western kitchen & firepit. Revel under the moonlit sky while showering. Ask about guesthouse shower access (subject to availability). Dog friendly. Clean Port a Pot. Last Chance Camp & Lodging The space Dimensions of the floor 22 long x 20 wide (362 sq ft). 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 2 Lg Cots, 2 Twin floor Mats, that's 7. If you have more, they'll be on the floor, (or doubling up in the beds and mats). The fire-pit is not meant to run while sleeping or outside of the Tipi. Bring extra clothing, it's chilly at night, a kite or drone. Bicycles and a Book or your art supplies. Your stones, crystals and Sage. Cooking and Eating utensils. This is a campground; it's land sharing and very similar to Airbnb. Excluding holidays and Cheyenne Frontier Days (last full week of July annually), this is a quiet retreat with 4-8 campsites on 10 acres. I make great attempts to park campers away from the Grand Tipi but there is always the more curious that will ask for a peek or entrance. If you are holding sacred space or just want privacy, simply explain that the circle is closed, for now. I do have a glamping tent LOCK - let me know if you need it. We depend on *5 *star reviews and anything less hurts our business as Airbnb/HipCamp has a very hard curve for Pro Hosts status in staying up in algorithms. You WILL be Surrounded by RV's as the Tipi is almost Center of the Front Property. Only Fun-Havers need apply for this time frame. No refunds for acts of Nature, it is a Tipi after all. During rain, expect a drip - don't let that spoil your trip! Guest access 22 acres includes prairie land with horses, chickens, dogs and Barnie the barn cat. The fire-pit is not meant to run while sleeping or outside of the Tipi. Pull the door flap from left to right and tie. This liner makes the Tipi much warmer (or cooler in summer). You will hear coyotes/foxes but they are harmless and farther away than you'll think. They're more terrified of humans than anything else. Our place is too active for them to enjoy. There are no bears or rattlesnakes here! ***There will be no refunds for what Nature does. Bring extra warm clothing during colder weather.
