Nested among majestic white pines, this cozy retreat has a beautiful rustic knotty pine interior for that quintessential Northern Wisconsin feel. Our large lot offers plenty of privacy. Down by the dock, experience the crystal clear water and amazing soft white sand this premier lake is named for. The sun rises directly across the bay producing an amazing moment to greet you as you start your day. The space Whether swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, boating, water skiing, paddle boarding or fishing, there are endless opportunities to soak in all this amazing lake has to offer. There are spectacular views out the large picture windows over the large beautiful bay to the pristine, undeveloped opposite shoreline. You will have your own private dock where you can tie up your watercraft or sit and enjoy the lake. You will love touring and exploring the many bays and coves of this 1229 acre full recreation lake with its 11 miles of exquisite shoreline and multiple eagle nests. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Northwoods about 20 minutes from downtown Minocqua and an even shorter drive to Lake of the Torches casino in Lac du Flambeau with all the unique shops, bars and restaurants this area has to offer. There are many nearby attractions including golf courses, water ski shows, Native American pow wows, and world class bike trails including the renowned 50 mile Heart of Vilas County Bike Trail which connects the picturesque towns of St Germain, Sayner, Boulder Junction and Manitowish Waters. Guest access You will have the full 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage with over 120 feet of frontage, the yard and dock all to yourself. There is convenient parking right next to the cottage. Check in is at 3:00 pm on Saturdays and checkout is at 10:00 am on Saturdays. Other things to note We offer stays in week long increments from Saturdays to Saturdays. Both single and multiple week bookings are accepted.
