Located on a very large block, the house is the secondary unit to our historic home, the Bank House Manor. Private Entry, private patio and enough space to spread out and relax while you enjoy the Black Hills! The space Our large guest house has two queen bedrooms and 1 large full bathroom. A full size sofa bed in the living room allows for additional guests. The open living space houses two couches and TV hooked up to netflix, plus a cozy fireplace for any cool nights. Utilize the full kitchen with 4 stove burner and oven. Dining for 6 inside or on the private shaded patio. Full washer and dryer are available for use. Guest access This is a private guesthouse on a large shared property. There are private yards and private access to each building. The other property is our historic home, the Bank House, which hosts up to 8 guests. Other things to note This property has been newly built and renovated in 2022.
