The space This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with all amenities. On the main floor, you'll find a bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom off the kitchen/dining area, as well as a spacious living room. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto the screened in porch and wrap around deck with hot tub. Upstairs, there is master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. There are also 2 more large bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with 3 twin beds), and another full bathroom. You will also have access to washer/dryer in the basement (off the kitchen). Guest access You will have full access to the entire property. One or two pets are allowed as long as they are not permitted on the furniture, including beds. The basement should only be used for laundry if needed. The home owner keeps some personal belongings in totes and boxes in the basement. These are off limits to guests. Other things to note The total price includes tax (HST) on the accommodation and cleaning fee. The taxes you see separate are on the AirBNB guest service fee only.
