This spacious 1400 sq/ft home is full of warm and welcoming boho chic décor. King memory foam bed and queen Casper hybrid mattress. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. Wifi and parking are included! The space The space features a large living room with a 55 inch smart TV. The formal dining room offers seating for 4. The back bedroom includes a king bed, TV, closet and dresser with room darkening curtains. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and additional fan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station. We also have a sun room set up for enjoying your morning coffee. Free street parking is available. Wifi, heat, and A/C available. Guest access Everything you will need is on the second floor of the duplex! The laundry is in the basement. Guests have full access to the backyard and front yard. Our guests will have a private entrance to the unit with a keypad and code for entry. Other things to note Our century old home is full of character and charm! Please note there are some quirks with it's old age:) The floors can be a little creaky in some areas. We live downstairs, so please feel walk freely! While most noise is not heard/bothersome at all, we do kindly ask for no screaming or running inside the home.
