I am looking for a clean, meticulous and reliable roommate

The rent is monthly. The house is my own house, so I kept the rent low. I am a private sector employee, I go in the morning and come in the evening. I am looking for an honest and reliable roommate. I am very sensitive about cleanliness, and I expect the other party to be just as sensitive. Rather than being roommates, I think we should spend time together in our free time and establish a good friendship since we share the same house. I have a small dog, but not in the house.
