You'll be staying on one of Fire Island's most premier homes; design, built, and operated by us! With 5000+ sqft, 3 private decks, rooftop views, a dipping pool, a sundrenched interior with atrium, chef's kitchen, and more, you'll have everything needed to unwind and relax! Conveniently located off of Fire Island Blvd, you'll be only steps from one of the most secluded and pristine beaches on the island – Great South Beach. Feel free to reach out with questions! :) The space With 5,000 sqft, three floors, three decks, and a rooftop with panoramic views, you and your guests will have all the space needed to unwind on your secluded trip to The Pines. Our vacation home was recently built and has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 Half Bathroom, 2 living rooms, a dining room, eat-in kitchen, 3 patios, an in-ground pool, outside dining and lounging, rooftop views, central air conditioning, and more! Located right along Fire Island Blvd., you will be a two minute walk from Great South Beach accessible via Fishermans Path, and a 10 minute walk from the Sayville Ferry / the heart of The Pines. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property (house, decks, pool area, etc). On the day of your arrival, we will reach out to confirm check-in instructions and answer any questions. Other things to note 1. Upon booking please thoroughly read through all of the house rules. If a rule is broken, the reservation holder and their guests may be subject to penalties, fees, and/or eviction. It is important to us that we have an open, honest dialogue (which will help us both). 2. There is an age requirement of 25 years + and you may be asked to verify a valid, government-issued ID upon arrival. Refusal to supply a tangible ID, if requested, will result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund. Families with children under the age of 25 are more than welcome to stay with us! :) 3. There is a fee of $35 per person over 6, per night. Please inquire with questions! 4. On the day of check-in you will receive access instructions. 5. The deposit is never charged or held when booking. Deposits are only charged if there is damage found upon check out. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately, as will Airbnb.
