Desk and armchair make it perfect for both work and relaxation. The house, surrounded by a large garden with relaxation areas and a private courtyard, is located on a beautiful tree-lined avenue that is very quiet and easy to park on. If needed, you can park in the courtyard. The space My family villa built in 1924 will welcome you and make you feel at home. It will be your starting point for visiting Cremona, a city rich in history, art, music and culinary traditions. But it will also be your good retreat to relax in a quiet corner surrounded by greenery. Guest access you will have a room with a lock and access to the 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The kitchen and dining area are at your disposal, as well as the large garden with a relaxation area and a small corner with a table and chairs where you can dine or work in the shade of a beautiful and ancient beech tree.
