Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! With 8kW Solar Panels and 10kW Batteries Storage and will very soon have a 3kW Wind Turbine. The House is heated and cooled with a modern Air Source Heat Pump. The House is designed to be self sustainable and independent from commercial Power suppliers. The House has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and parking for 3 cars off road to the front of the house. The Villa’s 5 bedrooms are modern Luxurious with 4 of them having super king beds and en-suite bathrooms, including one having a bed that can be divided in to two single beds on request. The fifth bedroom has bunk beds. The property also has s family bathroom with a modern bath tub. Each room has large built in wardrobes with plenty of space for clothes and luggage and remote controlled electric curtains and blinds. All the rooms are decorated in a different style to make them unique modern and cozy. Each guest will have their own bed linen, set of towels, and hotel toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion). We also include a hair dryer in the family bathroom. The villa has a large kitchen with an island and a bar. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you will need to prepare meals such as pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and electrics such as a induction hob, plate warming draw and includes a coffee machine and dishwasher. The kitchen has a connected dining room with large 10 seater table and a large TV. On the first floor of the house there is a living room with plenty of space to relax with two sofas, armchair and a large TV. This floor also has a bar with access to cold beer and cider on tap, ice maker and a professional refrigerator for cooling bottles. You will also find the 3 person infered sauna here. The living room has full height sliding glass doors to open out on to the terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the River Taw and panaramic views of Barnstaple town. This is also where you will find the 6-8 person hot tube and an outside shower. On the ground floor is a terrace which is accessible from the dining room and the bunk bed room, where you can relax and use the gas grill. In the garden we have a wooden house with a slide and swing nest, sandbox, football pitch and a large fire pit with a seating area. We also have a games room with table tenis, darts and table football. This area also has a weights multi gym, exercise bike/cross trainer and equipment for yoga. We also have an outside shower in the garden for cleaning off dogs and sporting equipment. There are fresh herbs, mint, thyme, oregano, and basil in the garden and our guests are welcome to use them. The garden itself is high quality artificial grass which is animal friendly and safe for children. For our guests we also provide an ironing board, iron and laundry on request. Guest access Guests have access to the entire garden, House and games room and gym. Access to the laundry room is available on request (it is not always possible) Other things to note The house is not completely fenced. Change of towels for an additional fee of £90 (set: 10 large and 10 small towels) We can provide: -Beer Carlsberg 50L keg for £200 -Cider Thatchers Gold 50L keg for £200 The costs include Gas,installation and Clining. Outside hot and cold Shower for dogs, surf board, wet suits and storage underneath ground floor balcony to store and hang wet suits and any wet equipment.
