Nestled between heritage family farms yet right off I-5 and exactly halfway between Seattle and Portland. Perfect for a launching point to explore Western Washington or prepare for attending a local wedding (full length mirror, large bathrooms and vanity). Sits on the same site as a private dog park, boarding and grooming facility (there are dogs onsite). Can sleep up to 8 people with the fold out couches. Plenty of parking and recently remodeled. Guest access Entire house Other things to note The house sits on 30 acres that is in hay production. The Newaukum River sits to the south of the property. There is a 6 acre private dog park, pet boarding and grooming facility onsite. There will be dogs outside in the yards playing from 7 am - 7 pm. Lots of wonderful wildlife year round. Please keep in mind that there are privacy clings on the windows in the primary bathroom. You will be able to see out to enjoy the scenery but people will not be able to see in (even though there are sheer curtains). **Pets are welcome but need to show proof of up-to-date vaccinations and veterinary grade flea control upon check-in** The jets in the bathtub in the primary suite currently are out of order.
