Welcome to our 400-year-old Casa Marie in the small village of Maremo Soprano. Not far away are the Ligurian coastal towns of Albenga and Alassio with their lively beach life and yet complete tranquility can be found here. The space Until a few years ago, our house was permanently inhabited and therefore still has a personal touch. Even though the kitchen and bathroom are partly from the nineties, everything is well maintained. The house has an Internet connection, and Wi-Fi is available everywhere. Video conferencing, Netflix & Co. work well. (Max. 50 Mbits/s) Feel free to work in the home office at Casa Marie. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. The house has three rooms and a sleeping chamber, roof and outdoor terrace, kitchen and a shower room. First floor: Kitchen, bathroom and terrace 1st floor: 2 two bedrooms with 3 beds 3rd floor: large living room with fireplace and a separate bedroom with double bed Attic: east-facing terrace (from the afternoon a shady place with a beautiful view over the area towards Garlenda, Albenga) Other things to note Due to the old building, the house is unfortunately only very suitable for smaller children. The lower terrace has no railing. The steps are of different heights and the railings are also not up to code. This also applies to the slightly low window sill. So, you use the 400-year-old house at your own risk. Therefore, there is no liability on our part for damage or injury! The house is fully equipped.
