An old farmhouse in the quiet countryside of Arezzo in which to recreate the sharing of moments, experiences and culture that Quinti has always expressed to the world through products and furnishing solutions. The space The villa is rented in its entirety and is divided into two apartments with separate entrances. 1st floor. Equipped with two double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. 2nd floor. A living room/kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The reception/office is on the ground floor. A PRIVATE space, NOT available to customers. The 11m x 4m pool is reserved exclusively for the villa's guests. A changing room with shower is available. Guest access The house includes a park of 40,000 meters that is available to guests and reserved. Other things to note The house is equipped with a PRIVATE reception room/office NOT available during the stay. There is a VEGETABLE GARDEN where you can pick fresh tomatoes and eggplants.
