You can use our washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have TV in living room, sunroom and game room. Living room TV is a 55 inch Smart TV. Sunroom and game room TV has Chromecast to streaming content from your phone to TV. ENTERTAINMENT: Pool table, dart, cornhole toss, video game, board games, etc. AIR CONDITIONING: New Mini-split AC just installed on 2022 April at living room, 1st floor bedroom, 2nd floor 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom. Portable fan at 4th bedroom. HOT TUB: A brand new hot tub just installed on 2021. It is good for up to 5 people to relax and release the stress from work. GAS GRILL: We provide filled propane tanks for the grill. But please kindly understand that in very few cases, guests will need to refill themselves: $20-30/tank for a refill at Lake Harmony Market (around 3 mins drive from our house). FIRE PIT: Fire pit is also available for your use. Fire woods is not provided. You can get the fire woods from Lake Harmony Market (around 3 mins drive from our house). PARKING: There is space for up to 5 cars on the driveway. No parking is allowed on the road. Our home is 10 miles to hiking, swimming, fishing at Hickory Run State Park, skiing at Big Boulder or racing at Pocono Raceway. Golf, Casino, Waterparks, Camelback mountain adventures, White water rafting and more are all within a 30 min drive. Lake Harmony is a perfect location to all ski area. It is around 35 mins drive to Camelback ski from our house, around 8 mins drive to Big Boulder and 25 mins drive to Jack Frost ski. Restaurtan, bars, waterpark, golf, hiking, skiing, snowtubing.
