Please make sure you pull your watercraft or ours above high tide or anchor it well as the tide will steal it away when you’re not looking and then it gets expensive. We have a rowboat and 8 kayaks a canoe and life preservers. We have buoys for anchoring out your boat. Because we are waterfront there are certain risks you assume in swimming, watercraft use, shellfish consumption, and hot tub use. You must watch your children and only engage in activities you are trained in and confident. Winds can turn the water choppy very quickly, especially in the late afternoon we have a limit of 10 people which includes children over 2 i have lost 2 kayaks 1 paddle boat and 1 sup. i am in future asking my cleaning crew to count the watercraft after your stay and will be charging a pretty penny for missing watercraft. i’m tired of replacing this equipment at my expense but am super happy to see you enjoying the watercraft
