The "little red" house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, 5 minutes from Biltmore Village, 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate parking lot C and 15 minutes to Black Mountain. Also not far to the French Broad River if you want to get on the water. Host has recommendations to share if you're looking for things to do or places to go. The space This is a charming studio that comes with a full bathroom and it's own gravel parking area. There is a kitchenette so you can whip some things up or refrigerate (includes freezer) items. There is a a table space with a couple of chairs to eat at or work at as well. Guest access The entire studio home and gravel parking in front is all yours. Other things to note Planning your stay? The website Explore Asheville will help. There is a separate rental house on the property. It has it's own parking area and there are trees for privacy. There is a good distance between the two so there won't be any interruptions to your stay. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am in respect of the other guests on the property. No burning candles, incense or pretty much anything else. No smoking inside or on the deck. The only things I request to prepare for the next guests are: - Wash used dishes. Supplies are under the sink. - Hang all dirty towels in the bathrooms or put them in the bathtub. - Turn off all lights, the fan and adjust A/C or heat as requested in check out instructions. - Make sure all trash is cleaned up and in the garbage bin inside. - Shut the door and make sure it's locked. - The cleaning fee takes care of the rest.
