This stylish place is close to M621, 10 min walk from Middleton park , 15 min bus ride to Leeds city centre. The space The bathroom is shared with the host and a lodger, both adult working professionals. The room has a kitchen sink, worktop, microwave, a high chair, bed, wardrobe. Also there is a free wifi, electric and usb sockets. Guest access Currently only the room and the bathroom are available for your access. There is also a nice view at the back garden that will compliment your stay. During your stay It is intended as a non contact stay. There are coded locks on both front and your room's doors. However if there are any questions please don't hesitate to contact us by phone. And in Other notes there is detailed instruction about all the available services. Other things to note It is a Bead and breakfast non contact stay. You get the door codes in a message before 1pm on the day of your check in. (Please note between 11pm and 7am the front door will be locked, it will be opened on request, by the host only). The included breakfast is local supermarket all day one, left in the mini fridge to be prepared in the microwave provided in the room at your chosen time. Also the microwave and the mini fridge can be used for your other meal needs.
