La Villa Grande is spacious and relaxing. Clearwater Beach is a 15 minute drive and ranked one of the world’s top 15 white sand beaches. Clearwater Country Club is just down the road. Spend a day golfing or at the beach (beach supplies included), grab a bite to eat and catch the sunset, then come relax in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub. La Villa has its own patio. The property also has a shared backyard with a pool, hot tub, and yard games access for all of our rental guests onsite. The space The home is ideally located just 1.5 miles from BayCare Ballpark, the spring training home of the Philadelphia Phillies, and only 2 miles from TD Ballpark, where the Toronto Blue Jays hold their spring training. The house is large at 3650 sq ft. There is a great kitchen and large dining room area, and a great big living room for gathering. There is a variety of sleeping options throughout the three bedrooms. This would be a great location for a family holiday, wedding party as they prepare, or a reunion between friends or family. There is a large selection of amenities to provide comfort during your stay, including beach supplies. There is a beautiful large pool and hot tub area in the shared backyard for all of our rental units guests to use between 8am-11pm as well as a selection of games such as ping pong or shooting hoops. *There are three vacation rental units onsite La Villa Grande and La Casita (which sleeps 4.) and La Casa Tranquil that sleeps 4. La Villa Grande is a beautiful, clean, and, relaxing place to rest your head and unwind while here in Clearwater. La Villa Grande sleeps up to 9 guests. Should your group need more space consider also booking our La Casita apartment which is located directly onsite and can sleep 4 additional guests. We can even connect the units should you request we do so. The listing for La Casita can be viewed directly through our hosting profile or reach out to us to ask any questions you might have regarding booking both units for the same dates. This would be a great combo of units to book for family reunions, wedding guests, etc. We also have suggestions for food caterers should you need one. La Villa Grande is also set up with a ramp entry at the back of the house, a lift that can aid someone in going to the second story to access the 3 main bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Use of the lift requires guests to be ambulatory as they must step up one step into the lift and be able to move into the chair provided in the lift. The lift itself may fit some wheel chairs, but was originally designed to be used by the homeowner to access the second story and then make use of a walker that was carried up the steps by a family member. This feature is only available if it is requested at the time of booking so we can arrange for a staff member to meet you in person and show you how to use the lift. Guest access You have the entire villa, private entry, walkway, front yard, and outdoor patio area all to yourselves. *There is also access to the backyard pool, patio, hot tub, yard games, and outdoor kitchen/bar area shared by all of our guests staying at our rental units onsite. *There are a few life jackets in the laundry room should you feel your kiddo needs one by the pool. You also have access to your own electric grill and beach supplies including; chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels. Other things to note Please note smoking is allowed in your private courtyard bench area just outside your entry door along by the bench and small fountain, NOT indoors and NOT in the backyard area. You must climb a few steps to enter the villa's main entrance, however there is a ramp around the back should anyone in your party need ramp access into the villa. No lifeguard is on duty. Children should always be supervised while near and in the pool. Pool, hot tub and yard game hours are 8am-11pm. No one under 16 is allowed in the hot tub for health reasons. Please note the shared yard games, hot tub, and pool are exposed to the weather at all times. This can affect the conditions of the games, hot tub, and pool and the ability to use it during your stay. We cannot be held accountable for the weather and its effects on the these items. The pool, hot tub, and games are for all guests onsite and located in the exterior shared/common area and guests must abide by pool use rules and use times. We do have a professional pool company who comes to service twice per week. We do have staff that comes onsite to maintain the exterior areas such as the pool, gardens, clean out exterior garbage pails, etc. You may also see our cleaner in the detached laundry room if she is cleaning inside another rental between guests.
