Blue Room 2 beds sleeps 4 no clean fee

Absolutely quiet, peaceful, cozy safe home. We have amazing views beautiful back porch to have your morning coffee in or dinner. The beds and bedding are simple which are rewashed after each guest leaves. Our home is comfortable for all seasons w extra duvets, and pillows for a peaceful nites sleep, our beds are made for comfort and to snuggle in. We boast an amazing coffee, tea bar with all the fixings. Just look at the pictures our bathroom is loaded with amenities not found in other places. The space This room is located within a Stick built home. Which means it was built with a foundation of concrete, using traditional methods of wood, and bracing being built from the ground up Where it sits, NOT like a manufactured home which is moved to a location in pieces. Our home has outstanding central heating and air. Unlike a manufactured home which in the summer time is very hot, or in the winter very cold. The beds in this room are very comfortable, along with excellent bedding of duvets, tempurpedic overlays on the mattress, fleece blankets, and cozy sheets. The pillows are made to lull you to sleep. This room is made for comfortable sleep for every season. Guest access We have back patio with a keyless entry this entrance which you’ll be able to access by the side of the house toward the back yard gate. There you’ll enter into the dining area which is for all guests to utilize on your stays. To the left of the coffee bar is where both guest rooms and restroom are. You can find you room from there it is labeled with a picture and frame. The living room, kitchen , hall to our side of the house is not for guest access. Thank you for understanding. During your stay We most likely will be home when guests arrive. We pretty much keep to ourselves when guests are here… My wife will text all instructions the day of booking between 1pm -3pm . We want everyone to just feel safe, at peace and comfortable. Other things to note IIWe do reside here in our home and retire at 7pm Quiet time is 9pm no exceptions. check out is before 11am We do charge a $20.00 late check out fee gives guests until 12 pm to leave. Be advised Airbnb Frowns upon late check outs.. We will not be able to accommodate Early Check Ins. Try not to consider asking. We do have plug in deodorizer’s in each room you can take out and place on cabinet if you don’t like them. We don’t not provide a kitchen or BAR B Que to cook on. It is the Airbnb members responsibility to clean up after their guests that they bring. As well as inform them of the house rules. We also have amenities that we have as a courtesy for our guests IN CASE something was forgotten.. We expect our guests to follow the rules and read all directions listed. We want everyone’s stay with us to feel safe, respected, and peaceful.. Our Tea/coffee bar are outstanding . We have a hot/ cold water cooler with ionized water to fill thermoses. There is no eating or drinking anything but water in rooms. Please leave food in dining room. Special note: This space are for travelers and vacationers who are visiting our national parks , las vegas or remote workers. No Local residents. The curtained spaces are in place for guests privacy and our’s. No underage drinking or parties. I D’s will be checked.
