A new, cozy apartment of 70m2 is located near the town of Bafra in Northern Cyprus, within a newly built holiday resort right by the sea. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with a toilet, and a 17m2 terrace with a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is fully equipped, including tasteful decorations. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher or oven, air conditioning, washing machine, large TV, free wifi, etc.) The space As described above, the apartment has 3 bright bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 twin bed), a living room shared with the kitchen, and also two bathrooms with shower and toilet. The rooms have air conditioning, a hairdryer or iron, and wireless internet throughout the apartment. On the terrace, you can use a practical electric grill. Bed linen is also provided, everything will be prepared before arrival, including disinfection, so you can enjoy a well-deserved rest. Guest access In addition to the private beach, which is accessible only to owners and guests of apartments in the resort, there are 2 swimming pools available in the complex. You can get to the complex either from the EU part (Larnaca Airport) and then by taxi for 60 euros (1h 15min) crossing the border between the South and North of Cyprus or directly from the Northern Cyprus Ercan Airport and then about 50 min by taxi.
